Anthony "Tony" Black Tony Black is living proof that size is not important in athletic success. As a 98 lb. Wrestler, Tony won district championships in 1969 and 1970 and finished third in Region 7 both years. He was also a member of the Haddon Township Wrestling team that handed its last conference loss in. Tony was also a member of the Marine Corps Physical Fitness team and was the team's high scorer. Following graduation in 1970, Tony became a highly successful jockey who has won over 4000 races in his career, twice being selected to ride in the Kentucky Derby and once in the Preakness. He has also ridden several National Championship horses. Tony continues to live in Haddon Township and supports the school's wrestling program, most notably through his donation of two scoreboards.
