Frank Knoll

In December 1964, the Haddon Township High School basketball team played its first Varsity game in the school’s history. One of the players on that team, Frank Knoll also made his Varsity debut. He would go on to be the first star player to wear the Red and White. In his three year career, Frank would break the 1000 point barrier, finishing with 1014 points. He received numerous honors including first team listings for All Conference, All Suburban and All South Jersey Group 3 and honorable mention All South Jersey. An excellent student, he followed his outstanding high school career with an excellent freshman season at Cornell where he averaged 17 points per game only to suffer career ending knee problems. Currently, Frank is President of a firm in the biotech industry. He lives in Voorhees with his wife Faith and is the proud father of a daughter, Jennifer and son, Frank.
